HI, I'M ALISON Tohlen
At 18 years old, I made the decision that changed my life.
I left college after one semester because I couldn't ignore the feeling that I was meant to become an esthetician. Back then, almost no one understood what that meant. This was 2003, long before skincare became an industry full of influencers, trends, and treatment menus.
To everyone around me, it looked like I was walking away from stability.
To me, it felt like I was finally walking toward who I was supposed to become.
That decision taught me something I'll never forget: sometimes your intuition knows long before everyone else catches up.
I also know firsthand what it's like to struggle with your skin. As a teenager, my own skin affected my confidence in ways that are hard to explain unless you've lived it. That experience became one of my greatest gifts because it gave me genuine empathy for every person who has ever sat in my treatment room feeling frustrated, embarrassed, or simply tired of trying everything.

Connection was.
For over two decades, I've learned that transformation doesn't begin with a product or a procedure. It begins when someone feels seen. When they know they're being listened to. When they trust the person guiding them.
That has become the foundation of everything I do.
Today, the aesthetics industry looks very different than when I started. It's faster, louder, and often driven by trends instead of people.
But somewhere along the way, I realized skincare wasn't actually my greatest talent.
That's also why I don't work the traditional way. I don't believe in one facial a year or quick fixes. I build long-term plans. Every client has a customized roadmap that evolves over six months, a year, sometimes even longer. Their treatments change as their skin changes, and so does their home care. Between appointments, I'm only a text away. If something comes up, I'm there.
Many of my clients have trusted me with their skin for 10, 15, even 20 years.
To me, that's the greatest compliment I could ever receive.

We start by understanding your skin, not selling you treatments. Every recommendation is based on a thorough skin analysis, your lifestyle, your routine, and the results you want to achieve.
